As discussed on this forum, I've changed the way comments are displayed.

On the "recent messages" overview page, comments continue to be shown in a "newest comment first" fashion.

However, if you click on the _comments_ link on a message, all the comments are displayed, and they're displayed in their original (oldest first) order, which makes it much easier to follow the conversation.
