Is it possible to mark books as in the wrong category? (Feature requests)

Is it possible to mark books as in the wrong category?

In the category 'Comics & Graphic Novels' I see a lot of novels not graphic novels! :(
Also, would it be possible to have a sub-category for manga?

French comic books are called "albums", but I can't list them because BM says this is a phonographic record!
