2009/09/14. My apologies for shipment delays since August 2009. My finances have become pretty tight. Please give me until the end of this year to fulfill pending ang current requests. Thanks. I hope you understand.

I don't mind sending my books anywhere in the world. Just know that it will take time for it to get sent to you and for you to receive it (anywhere between two weeks up to 3 months).

For new / pending mooches, please take note of my Shipping Schedule below. I usually send out my books every Thursdays. Also, please note that sometimes, due to budget constraints (i.e., expensive cost of shipping), I may have to limit international shipments to once a month.

Bio:

My most favorite books are "The Lord of the Rings" by J.R.R Tolkien, "The Witching Hour" by Anne Rice, "Salem's Lot" by Stephen King, "Shibumi" and "Summer of Katya" by Trevanian, Star Trek, etc. I also like coffee table books on decorating, home improvement, food / cooking, world travel, etc. And also "Garfield" and "Batman" comic books.

I treat books very kindly, so most of the ones that I've bought or acquired as new would generally be in "fine" condition. See Book Condition and Grading Terms. If not indicated, please ask.

I don't buy new books for myself anymore; instead, I buy second-hand ones. I do however buy a new book for my teenage daughter about once a month. I also have a 1-1/2 year old daughter who loves children's books (especially picture books), and so I'm happy to receive those kinds of books as well.

If you think you have a book which you think I'd like (even if it's not on my wishlist), do feel free to send it over. Thoughtfulness is always appreciated.

And I'm also happy to meet / make new friends along the way... =)

I don't smoke. We have a Persian cat (but she doesn't know how to read). In any case, my books are cleaned (of dust or other particles) prior to sending.

I'm not very particular about the condition of the books I receive. I think the value of a book is in its contents, not in its outside appearance.
